How is my enquiry handled?

Your contact email, selected service and trip details are stored in this Site’s private database. Only the verified site owner can read the enquiry inbox. Enquiries are retained until manually deleted by the owner; no automatic deletion period is promised. A reference and its private status token stay in this browser tab to let you check the saved status, without storing your email or trip text in browser storage. An unsent draft stays only on this page; navigating away or reloading may discard it. Download the draft if you want to keep it.

No enquiry email is sent automatically. Keep your reference if you later ask the site owner to update or delete the enquiry. Do not include passport, card, health or other sensitive details. You can download a draft instead if you do not wish to submit. You can submit an enquiry without an account.

What is not included?

Planning fees do not include flights, hotels, tickets, transport, tour bookings, in-person guiding or emergency assistance. No Hong Kong cross-border service is offered. Visa information is not legal representation or a promise of entry. Payments and bookings are currently closed.

Saved routes and checklist answers stay only in this browser. Enquiries submitted with consent are stored in a private database for the verified owner; a draft can be downloaded instead. Enquiry references and private status tokens stay in this browser tab, not the email or trip text. Payments and bookings are disabled in this private service concept. No third-party analytics or paid rankings are used.
